Throughout her successful career as a Gourmet pastry chef, Hareg has innovated award winning , scaled-down recipes for classic French cakes, cookies and pastries including a large vegan assortment.
We start with only the finest ingredients, mix in a lot of love, and let our passion for authentic French baking do the rest. We owe much of our success to our reputation in quality. Our primary standard is All-Natural and fresh ingredients. We hand-produce a wide array of fancy desserts with effective use of butter and sugar without over powering the unique natural flavors. We use Agave Nectar for our sugar-free products and our Vegan items are primarily sweetened with evaporated pure cane juice.
