The Napoleon Cake, also known as Mille-feuille meaning “a thousand leaf” is made up of three layers of puff pastry, alternating with two layers of rich cream pâtissière . This marvelous pastry is impeccably thin and flakey with a cool and unbelievably smooth  lemon-custard  filling.  No one ever believes that this ultra sophisticated and incredibly rich dessert is 100% Vegan.  Chez Hareg has won multiple awards for this Vegan dessert over the past two years and continues to receive raving reviews from the media,  food critics and customers alike.  This is our most popular vegan item, just subtly sweet without being overpowering.

The Naploeon is not available for shipping but locals can enjoy a slice at our café or call to order a whole cake for pick up. Whole Napoleon Cake is available in three sizes. Quarter sheet (up to 8 servings), Half sheet (up to 18 servings) and full sheet  (up to 32 servings) .
